Exchange and Return Policy

At LeleGifts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and always strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Given the nature of our products (natural roses, cakes, chocolates, and gifts), we would like to clarify our exchange and return policy:


First: Damaged or incorrect products

  • We guarantee that all our products are new, unused, and as described.
  • If you receive a damaged or different product from your order, please contact us within one hour of receipt .
  • We will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.


Second: Replacement

The customer has the right to request a replacement of the product in the following cases:

  • Product damaged upon receipt.
  • Receiving a different product than ordered.

In these cases, LeleGifts will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its proper packaging.


Third: Recovery


  • Perishable products (such as flowers, cakes, chocolates) cannot be returned after the order has been sent for delivery.
  • Refund requests are accepted if the order is cancelled within 30 minutes of the order time after the status has been reviewed by our team.
  • Return requests must be submitted within one hour of receipt, and the products must be in their original condition.
  • If a return is approved, shipping, return, packaging and storage fees will be deducted, at LeleGifts' discretion.


Fourth: Cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted

  • More than 30 minutes after receiving the order.
  • If the product is used or opened.
  • If the original packaging or wrapping is damaged.
  • Products that have been tampered with or have had their label removed.
  • Delay in receiving the order by the customer or the shipping company is not considered an acceptable reason for a return if the order was shipped on the specified date.


Fifth: Unreceived shipments


- In case of advance payment:

  • If the shipment is not received and is returned, the customer can request to have it reshipped for a new shipping cost .
  • If you do not wish to return the item, the packaging, storage and return fees will be deducted from the invoice value.
  • The customer is not entitled to claim any compensation or refund if more than 30 days have passed since the shipment was returned without follow-up from the customer.


Express Shipping Service:


  • We offer express shipping within one hour within Riyadh, for locations 15 km or less from a LeleGifts store, for a fee of 45 riyals. If the distance is more than 15 km, the price will be determined upon order completion.
  • Express orders are treated as a priority and cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been processed or delivered to the courier.
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or traffic obstructions) are not an acceptable reason for a refund of expedited shipping fees.


Additional notes:


  • Shipping and returns are not always free, even if the website offers "free shipping."
  • LeleGifts reserves the right to estimate the fees due in cases of return based on the condition of the product and the actual cost.
